At VILLAGEMART, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
